Criteria of Selecting the Teaching Staff

In the interest of transparency, the executive committees of the program approved a set of rules for the criteria for selecting faculty members and assisting staff participating in teaching and academic advising in the program, and they were approved in the minutes of the executive committee meeting on Tuesday 18/6/2019, to be as follows:
1. To be a faculty member in the college or seconded from a public university of specialization or its equivalent from universities recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities.
2. The suitability of his major to the courses he teaches in the credit hour programs.
3. The results of his questionnaires in the two-semester system in the college or in the college in which he works are used as guidance for evaluating his performance in the following aspects:
- Proficiency in specialization
- The ability to communicate with students
- Good treatment of students
- Discipline in appointments
- Preference will be given to those who have electronic courses
- Preference will be given to those who have passed courses in credit hours or who have teaching experience in the credit hours system
